GENERAL QUERY:
1. What are the care instructions for your products?
Most of our products are machine washable. We recommend using cold water on a gentle cycle and hanging the garments to dry to preserve the fabric’s quality and longevity. For best results, please refer to the care label on each item for specific instructions..
2. What fabrics are used in your products?
We use high-quality, carefully sourced fabrics to ensure comfort, durability, and style. Our range includes cotton, rayon, georgette, crepe, polyester blends, and other premium materials depending on the design. Each product description clearly mentions the fabric used, so you and your customers know exactly what to expect.
3. What if an item is out of stock?
We strive to keep all products in stock, but sometimes high demand may exceed our supply. If an item is out of stock at checkout, we will inform you. If your order is accepted but we can't ship it, we'll notify you within 24 hours and process a refund to your original payment method within 10 working days. Items that are regularly restocked but temporarily out of stock will have an "out of stock" tag. Use the "Notify Me" option to get alerted when the product is available again.

7. Do you offer customization options for products?
No, we do not offer customization for our products.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS:
1. How to place an order?
Browse our products and select your desired items. Choose the relevant sizes using our size chart if needed. Click 'Add To Cart'. Once done, click the cart icon, then 'Checkout'. Confirm your shipping address and select a payment method. Finally, click ‘Complete Order’ to place your purchase.
2. How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
You'll receive a confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp with your order ID and details. Once shipped, you'll get another notification via email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
3. How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, you'll receive a confirmation and order details via email and SMS/WhatsApp immediately after placing your order. Additionally, you will be notified via email, SMS, and WhatsApp once your products have been shipped
4. I wish to add few more products in my order. Will it be possible?
Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.
5. Do you provide MRP or pricing tags on the products?
No, we do not provide any MRP or pricing labels. Only the brand tag is attached on the product, without any price barcode.
6. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes, we do offer cash on delivery (COD) as a payment option for your convenience with a flat fee charge of Rs.50 per order.
7. Why can’t I see the Cash on Delivery (COD) option?
If the Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not showing, it’s because this facility is unavailable for your postal code. You can either pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, or you can get the products delivered to an alternate address (where COD is available).
8. What are the available payment options?
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and cash on delivery (COD).
9. What should I do if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, please retry while ensuring your account details, billing
address, and password are correct, and your internet connection is stable. If your account is debited despite the failure, the amount will usually be refunded within 10 business days. For further assistance, email us at dummyshape.mum@gmail.com.
SHIPPING & TRACKING:
1. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to track your order on our website or the courier's website.
2. Can I modify the shipping address of my order before it has been shipped?
Sorry, that is not possible once the order has been confirmed. You can always cancel the order before it has been packed and can place a new order.
3. What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your correct mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
4. When will my cash on delivery (COD) order be shipped?
Cash on delivery orders will be shipped only after successful confirmation of order through WhatsApp. Please allow additional time for this verification process.
5. What if my order is undelivered?
For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund which will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.
6. How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for non-metro areas.
7. Is shipping free?
Yes, enjoy free shipping across India on all orders of 12 units or more. Orders below 12 units will incur standard delivery charges. Please note, only expedited delivery options may carry minimal additional fees.
8. Do I need to order 12 units of the
same product for free shipping?
Not at all! Free shipping is available on any 12 units or more — you can mix and match any design, colour, or size to reach the minimum quantity.
9. How can I get my order delivered faster?
Yes, we do offer fast delivery service with minimal additional charges. To avail this service, kindly message us directly

10. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within India. We hope to expand our shipping services internationally in the future.
CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES:
1. How do I cancel the order I have placed?
Once an order is placed, a confirmation message of ‘Confirm Order’ & ‘Cancel Order’ is sent on WhatsApp. You can always click on ‘Cancel Order’.
2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We strive to process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order.
3. Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. Please make sure to review your order carefully before placing it.
4. What are the terms of the exchange policy?
Exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery through our website. Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging. Please note, forward courier charges are borne by the customer. Products with manufacturing issues can be reported via phone or email.
5. How do I create an exchange request?
To exchange a product, submit a request within 3 days of receipt via the 'Returns/ Exchange' Tab, providing a valid reason and an image of the product with unboxing video. Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. We'll inspect the product and ship the exchanged item if it meets our criteria.
6. I have created an exchange request. When will the product be picked up?
Once we receive this request, someone from the courier partner's team will arrive at the address for a pickup within 2-3 business days. Please ensure the product(s) and the tags are intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted by the courier company. Also always keep a video of handover to the courier person to process the exchange efficiently.
7. When will I get my exchanged product delivered?
Once your product is received, the exchanged item will be shipped from our end providing you with the order Id & other details.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 3-day easy return policy for apparel items. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for more details.
2. What is your return process?
To return a product, submit a request within 3 business days of receipt via the
'Returns/Exchange' Tab, providing a valid reason and an image of the product
with unboxing video. Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. We'll inspect the return and process the refund if it meets our criteria.
3. What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
Contact us right away at dummyshape.mum@gmail.com or 9136360029 with unboxing video and image. We will cover the cost of returning your item to us through replacements.
4. Is an unboxing video compulsory for return approval?
Yes, an unboxing video is compulsory for return approval. This helps us ensure that the returned item is in its original condition and packaging.
5. I have created a return request. When will the product be picked up?
Once we receive this request, someone from the courier partner's team will arrive at the address for a pickup within 2-3 business days. Please ensure the product(s) and the tags are intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted by the courier company.
6. How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and then 3-5 days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
7. In case I return the products, will the COD/Delivery charges be credited back?
No. These are charges applicable each time an order is placed and are non-refundable.
8. The product I want to return was bought on discount. Will I get refunded the full amount?
No. You will only receive the exact amount paid for the product.
9. Where should I self-ship the returns?
If your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up, please contact us through whatsapp – 9136360029 and details will be provided for the same. Ensure items are securely packed, unused, and with original tags and packaging. You'll receive a full refund plus courier charges applied within 48 hours. Avoid using the Professional Couriers; we recommend Speed Post for reliable delivery.
REWARDS, SALES & DISCOUNTS:
1. Are there any special promotions or offers available for first-time buyers?
No, we do not have offers specifically for
first-time buyers. Our offers are based on order volume and can be checked directly on the product pages.
5. How can I apply a discount code to my order?
To apply a discount code to your order, simply add your desired products to the cart and proceed to the checkout page. Enter the discount code in the designated field and click 'Apply' to see the discount reflected in your total. Then, complete the checkout process to confirm your order.
6. What does Stock Clearance Sale mean?
Stock Clearance Sale includes items that will not be continued in future production. These products are available only until current stock lasts, so once sold out, they won’t be restocked.
7. Can I return Stock Clearance Sale items?
Stock Clearance Sale items are non-returnable. Returns will only be accepted if the product is found defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
8. What is the process to return Stock
Clearance Sale items (if defective or damaged)?
The process is the same as our standard
return policy. You must initiate the return request within 3 business days of receiving the order. To proceed, please provide an unboxing video and clear product images as proof. Once verified, the return will be processed.
9. Something I ordered is now on sale. Will you match the new price?
If an item was purchased within two days of the discounted price you can request a credit note for the price difference. No refunds are given for items purchased at full price that have been reduced.
